Terms and conditions
Conditions of use for this website and for the services provided at Vegas del Verde.

1. Owner
Vegas del Verde is operated by 4 Family S.A.S., NIT 901.391.144-7, with its registered office at Vereda Río Frío, 500 metres up the Carabineros road, Floridablanca, Santander, Colombia.
2. Nature of the information published
The information on this site is for information purposes only and does not constitute a binding commercial offer. The site does not publish rates: every service, including entry to the Sendero Ecovital, is quoted individually according to the date, the duration and the number of attendees.
3. Bookings
This site has no online booking or payment system. Every request is handled over WhatsApp at +57 316 675 8362 or by email at vegasdelverde.1@gmail.com. A booking is only considered confirmed once Vegas del Verde expressly confirms it in writing.
4. Venue rental conditions
- The base rental is 4 hours, with the option of one additional hour.
- It includes Rimax chairs and tables.
- It does not include sound equipment; this is provided by the client.
- Outside food and catering are allowed for events only.
- The maximum capacities are: Alameda 100 people, La Vega 150 people, Teatrino 70 people, Taller 45 people, and Cancha 30 players plus 20 spectators. These may not be exceeded.
5. Opening hours and access
The property is open Monday to Sunday, from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Access may be restricted because of weather conditions, maintenance work or safety reasons. Vegas del Verde has private security, parking, restrooms and wifi.
6. Conduct and care for the surroundings
Vegas del Verde is a 4-hectare natural refuge with protected flora and fauna. Anyone visiting the property undertakes to respect the signage, not to feed or disturb the animals, not to remove plants, and to dispose of waste at the points provided for that purpose. Wildlife-watching activities always take place along the routes indicated by the staff.
7. Plant nursery
The nursery operates under ICA registration, Resolution no. 00000819 of 3 February 2025. The availability of species, fertilisers and decorative accessories depends on each season's production.
8. Intellectual property
The brand, texts, logo and photographs on this site are the property of 4 Family S.A.S. or of their authors. The bird photographs were contributed by the participants of the Vegas del Verde photography contest and keep their author's credit. Reproduction without prior written authorisation is not permitted.
9. Personal data
The processing of personal data is governed by our personal data processing policy.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Colombian law. Any dispute will be settled before the competent courts of the Republic of Colombia.
