Personal data processing policy

1. Data controller
4 Family S.A.S., tax ID (NIT) 901.391.144-7, with its registered address at Vereda Río Frío, 500 metres up the Carabineros road, Floridablanca, Santander, Colombia, is the controller of the personal data collected through this website and through the Vegas del Verde contact channels.

2. Legal framework
This policy is adopted in compliance with Colombian Law 1581 of 2012, Decree 1074 of 2015 and the other Colombian regulations governing the protection of personal data.
3. Data we collect
This website has no registration forms and no online booking system. Personal data is collected only when the interested person writes to us voluntarily over WhatsApp, by email or through our social media. In those cases we may process:
- First and last name.
- Phone or WhatsApp number.
- Email address.
- Information about the event or service to be quoted.
4. Purposes
- Responding to requests for information, quotes and bookings of venues, experiences and the plant nursery.
- Coordinating the logistics of the contracted services.
- Issuing invoices and complying with accounting and tax obligations.
- Sending information about Vegas del Verde activities, only where the person has given their consent.
5. Rights of the data subject
Any person whose personal data we hold may access, update, correct and delete their data, request proof of the consent given, be informed about how their data has been used, and withdraw their consent where the law allows it. To exercise these rights it is enough to write to vegasdelverde.1@gmail.com stating their full name, contact details and the specific request. We will respond within the time limits set by law.
6. Retention and security
Data is kept for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes described and the applicable legal obligations. We take reasonable measures to protect the information against unauthorised access, loss or alteration, and we neither sell it nor transfer it to third parties for commercial purposes.
7. Cookies and third-party services
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. To display the location map, satellite imagery is loaded from Esri, and the typefaces are served from Google Fonts; both providers may record the IP address from which those resources are requested, in accordance with their own policies.
8. Changes
Any change to this policy will be published on this same page. The version in force is always the one shown here.
